prawns -1/2 kg washed properly with lots of water to clean the sand stuck to it
onions-10 big size onions
garlic-ginger paste -3 Tsp
turmeric-1 Tsp
chilli powder- 2-3 Tsp depending on their type
dhania powder- 2 Tsp
salt- 1&1/2 - 2 Tsp depending on taste
dry coconut kernel- 1
cinnamon(dalchini)- 3 cm piece
Shahjeera- 2Tsp
lavang-3
cardamom-2
garlic pods-7-8
coriander leaves-1 cup washed and cut
oil-9 Tsp

Directions:
Take a vessel and put cleaned and washed prawns in
it, add 1&1/2 big glass of water to it, to it add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder,dhania powder, garlic-ginger paste and 3 Tsp of oil and put on flame and cook till the prawns are cooked, now remove from fire and let it cool
take 1 dry coconut kernel and dry roast on direct flames and on its cooling put in a mixie jar along with sabut garammasala and coriander leaves and garlic pods and turn into fine powder or paste
Put a kadhai on flame, to it add 6 Tsp oil on it heating add 1 Tsp shahjeera1 Tsp n dalchini- 1 cm and on their crackling add onions and on their frying add 1 cooked prawns and mix with spoon and cook for 5 minutes with lid, after5 min add coconut n spices powder and mix well and coo with lid covered till oil appears on top and sides, put outflame ant it is ready ro eat
