Ingredients:  
2 8oz cans whole water chestnuts (cut chestnuts in half)
1/4 c soy sauce
2 package of bacon (cut each strip into thirds)

Directions:
Directions:
Place water chestnuts and soy sauce in plastic bag and let marinate for 30 minutes. Toss bag occasionally to mix.


Wrap each chestnut in a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Bake in 400 F oven, turning at approx 20 minutes. Continue baking approximately another 20 minutes until bacon is crisp.
