1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp white sugar
2 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
15 cherry tomatoes halved
3/4 to 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 large cucumber chopped

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together except macaroni
Add macaroni and toss until evenly coated
Cover and chill overnight
