1-2 Tomatos
6 Eggs
Feta
EVOO
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat EVOO in a saute pan
Rough chop tomato and add to pan
Cook down until like a paste

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper

3. Add to the tomatoes in sauce pan
Scramble until cooked
Top with crumbled feta cheese
