Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 c apricot nectar (reserve rest)-if you can't find this at any of your local grocery stores, you can get 6 cans for $20.98 (including tax) on Amazon
½ c sugar
½ c oil
4 eggs
GLAZE:
¼ c lemon juice
¼ c apricot nectar
2 c confectioners' sugar

Directions:

CAKE:Mix first 4 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Bake in large tube pan 325º for about 1 hr.
GLAZE: Mix juices with sugar; beat until smooth. Makes ~1¼ c glaze. Pour over HOT cake
