1 Medium Cabbage, Chopped
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Sweet Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Medium Red Pepper, Chopped
1 Carrot, Grated
1 Heaping Teaspoon Salt

Dressing:
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients well. Then add 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Let stand 1 hour, then drain well. In the meantime, mix ingredients for dressing. Boil 1 minutes. Cool, then pour over cabbage.
