2 c. Milk scalded
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
Stir until dissolved and cook slightly
Add
1 c. Water warm
2 pkg. Yeast
2 T. Sugar
3 Eggs beaten
1 t. salt
8-9 c. Flour

Frosting
1/2 c. Butter
4 c. Powdered Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1/2 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar, and butter slightly. In 1 c. water add yeast and sugar and wait 5 minutes. Add eggs and flour until it becomes a very soft dough. Knead and let rise. Roll out dough and spread with butter and cinnamon. Cut in one inch wide strips. Let rise until double or more. Fry at 400º raised side down. Frost.
