1 lb. of Hamburger browned
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning (added along with the water directed on the package)
1/2 Head of lettuce shredded.
1 small can Black Olives sliced
1 Onion chopped
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/2 c. Thousand Island Salad Dressing
Crush up some Taco Chips
Directions:

1 lb. of hamburger, browned and 1 package of taco seasoning added along with the water directed on the package. After this has simmered for a few minutes, drain off the grease and extra liquid. Add lettuce, black olives, onion, green pepper, and tomato. Add all this to a bowl and add the hamburger mix. When this is all mixed together add at least ½ cup of thousand island salad dressing, may want more just add to taste. Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese and then crush up some taco chips and mix in.
