2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 tsp. freshly grated onion
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground red pepper (or black)
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate meat overnight in covered dish.
Cook in food dehydrator Or in 150º oven until meat is dry.

Lean meats make the best jerky. Fat tends to go rancid and will make the jerky have a rancid taste.
