1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. BBQ Spice
⅓ tsp. garlic sat
⅓ tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 T. onion powder
c. Worcestershire sauce
c soy sauce, OR teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the meat overnight in a covered dish.
Cook either in food dehydrator or cook in 150 oven until meat is dry.
