1 Pie shell
Soak 1 tbsp gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water
Beat 3 egg yolk and add
-1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup pumpkin
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg and ginger
Cook and stir in double boiler till thick
Stir in soaked gelatin till dissolved Chill
Whip 3 egg whites till stiff (not dry)
When pumpkin mix begins to set stir in 1/2 cup sugar and fold in egg whites.
Fill pie shell and chill till set
