3-4 Pound+/- Fresh Pork Roast, not smoked

SAUCE

2 Medium Chopped Onions
1½ Cups Water
6 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Ground Allspice
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Yellow Prepared Mustard
½ Cup White Sugar

Cook pork in a large pot until extra tender falling off the bone. After cooling remove all fat and de-bone. Pull lean meat apart and shred using two forks.

Combine all Sauce ingredients in a pan and boil for aprox 18 mins until onions are cooked. Place lean shredded meat in 13x9 baking dish. Evenly pour sauce over the meat tossing to coat the meat well. Cover baking dish with foil. Leave in refrigerator over night to absorb the sauce. When ready to cook, remove foil, toss meat well and replace foil. Heat oven to 350º. Bake 25 minutes to heat.

Serve alone or on buns
