Pumpkin Bars 🎃

- 4 eggs (large or jumbo)
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 can (15 oz.) solid pumpkin

- 2 cups white flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Cream Cheese Frosting

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon of milk or cream
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- 4 cups of powdered sugar

Pumpkin Bars 🎃

1) Mix eggs, vegetable oil, 2 cups white sugar and solid pumpkin in bowl.

2) Sift together in separate bowl: white flour, baking powder, baking soda
and pumpkin pie spice

3) Add sifted ingredients to pumpkin mixture.

4) Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 12x18x1 pan. Bake at 350 for 25
minutes approx.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1) Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and cream (milk) until smooth/soft. Add
powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
