24 small Tart Shells
3tbsp minced Onions
1/2C shredded brick Cheese
6pieces cooked and crumbled Bacon
1C 20% Cream
2 Eggs
pinch Sugar
pinch Cayenne
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, cream sugar and cayenne

Add onions, cheese and bacon- alternately in tart shells

Add cream mixture to tart shells to fill

Bake 425F for 15mins OR until cooked
