1 box (2-layer) lemon cake mix, or other flavor, such as strawberry or yellow
1 stick unsalted butter (could use margarine)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
¼ t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth.
Pat dough into 2 balls, cover and chill several hours.
Pinch off dough about size of walnut and roll into ball.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Bake 10-12 min. at 350 F.
Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
