Terriyaki Sauce
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Canola Oil
Shoepeg Corn

Directions:
Chicken - Place 5 chicken breasts in a crockpot. Stir together 1/2 cup brown sugar, dried onion, and 1/2 to 3/4 of a 10 oz. bottle of Kikkoman Terriyaki Sauce, place on top of chicken and cook on low till done, take out of crockpot and shred with a fork, place back in crockpot and mix with juices

Sweet Rice - Boil 2 cups water with 1 tablespoon canola oil and 1/4 cup lime juice. Add 1 cup rice, cook for 20 min on low. At the completion of cooking, whisk in 1/4 cup sugar (cook rice right before you are ready to eat). keep warm.

Black Beans - place 1 can in pot and warm
Shoepeg Corn - place 1 can in pot and warm

Pico de gallo - cut about 4 roma tomatoes and 1/2 cup onion in chunks, add about 1 tablespoon cilantro, put in about 1/2 cup lime juice, mix together

When ready to serve, set out in separate dishes: Chicken, rice, black beans, corn, shredded cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, lettuce, and flour tortillas
