Personal Notes:
My niece Kristy posted this lasagna on Face Book .She said every time she makes it she thinks of when I taught her how to make it. Kristy has the sweetest smile. . I can hear her tell her family and friends that her Aunt Joy taught her how to make this. It warms my heart! The key to good lasagna is to let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving, use the best quality chesses you can afford, and do not put sauce or meat between the layers. It will not stay firm.
