1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c.plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Topping:
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Grease muffin cups or use liners. Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat 2-3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla, beating until blended. Whisk flour and ingredients together. Gradually stir dry ingredients into batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Top with prepared topping. Bake at 350 degrees 20 - 25 minutes. Enjoy!
