1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda

1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Grease muffin cups (or use liners).
Beat butter until creamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended each time.
Add sour cream and vanilla, beating until blended.
Whisk flour and dry ingredients together.
Gradually stir combined dry ingredients into batter.
Full muffin cups 2/3 full.
Top with prepared topping.
Bake at 350 degrees 29/25 minutes.
