1 (17.5 oz) kg snickerdoodle cookie mix
1/2 c (1 stick) salted butter
1 lg egg
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
3 T caramel topping
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 and spray 8" baking dish.
In small bowl combine cookie mix, egg and butter.
Place half cookie dough in baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 packet of cinnamon sugar packet.
Spread apple pie filling over bottom layer and add remaining cookie dough, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon, drizzle with caramel topping.

Bake 30-35 minutes.

Top with ice cream and enjoy!!!!!
