1 Tbsp olive oil
12 Large Mushrooms stems removed and saved
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup cooked ham
2 Tbsp parsley chopped fine
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c butter
1 tsp dillweed
parmesan cheese

clean mushrooms and stems
chop stems and saute with onions and garlic till soft, add chopped stems ham an parseley with salt and pepper dill weed and saute for 2 miniutes. Add wine and breadcrumbs saute 1 more minute, Remove from heat and set aside. Melt butter an brush mushrooms inside and out. stuff mushrooms caps with mixture. sprinkle with cheese. place on a cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.
