1 kg bag frozen hashbrowns
1 c. onions chopped and browned in skillet (I just put the margarine and inion in microwave for a couple minutes to soften)
c. margarine
2 cans mushroom soup
c. melted margarine
500 gr sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and put in 9x13 inch pan. Stir margarine into corn flakes and cover top. I generally double the corn flakes mixture. Don't double the amount of margarine, to make more crispier topping). This recipe is also easy to cut in half for just a couple of people. Cook uncovered at 350 for 1 to 1 hours.
