1 lb shrimp, shelled
2 T butter
1 oz walnuts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c low fat milk or skim
1/2 c half & half
1 t corn starch
3 c Fettuccine
4 T Parmesan cheese
4 T green onion sliced
2 T chopped parsley

To prepare for freezing:
1. bag shrimp
2. bag walnuts in snack size baggie
3. Put butter in a snack size baggie
4. Combine: Milk, half & half, corn starch, parmesan, green onion, fresh parsley in quart size baggie
Put all small bags in one large freezer bag. Freeze
Keep garlic, & Fettucine in pantry

Thaw in Frig:
Begin Preparing Fettucine. In a 10" skillet, sauté walnuts in butter being careful not to burn. Set aside. In that same skillet sauté shrimp and garlic until shrimp is just turning pink. Reduce heat to low add milk mixture and simmer stirring frequently 1 -2 minutes. Add cooked fettucine and walnuts. Toss until coated and sauce has thickened. If you still have fresh parsley, sprinkle on top for color.
