thin sliced chicken cutlets (5)
5 slices of ham
5 slices of swiss cheese
1/4 stick of butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
On each slice of chicken place a slice of ham and slice of cheese. Roll the chicken around ham and cheese and place in a deep roasting pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. open foil and pour cream of celery and cream of mushroom over the top of the chicken. Recover pan and cook and additional 1/2 hour. Serve with white rice and a vegetable of choice.
