1 medium onion chopped fine
2-3 cloves garlic
1 pound ground turkey
2 cans red kidney beans
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot heat olive oil and add garlic and onions to make translucent. Add meat to brown. push meat to side of pot and add seasoning to brown on bare part of pan to roast seasoning. combine crushed tomatos and paste into meat mixture and simmer for 1 hour. Bring back to a boil and add beans and reduce to a simmer for 20 more minutes. serve with shredded cheddar chesse and sour cream. Add hot sauce if desired.
