Up to 3lbs of chicken breast, butterflied or cut 1" thick
8 oz of Ranch Dressing (any brand)
2 Tbsp of normal table salt
1 tsp of ground black pepper (add more if you like it more peppery)
tsp of minced or powder garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 gallon Ziplock bag, mix the salt, garlic, pepper, and ranch. (Throw it all in the bag, zip the bag shut, and throw the bag around until it is all mixed) Next add the chicken to the bag, zip it shut, and toss it around until all of the chicken are coated.

You can immediately start grilling. The Ranch keeps the chicken moist. Serve on a plate, on buns as a chicken sandwich, or cut up in salads.
