3 Tbsp Canola Oil
4-5 pounds pork shoulder
1 yellow onion chopped
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a pan on stove top and brown all sides of pork. Place pork in crockpot.. then using drippings from pork in the pan, saute onions till golden. Add vinegar, and remaining ingredients until bubbly. pour mixture over the pork in crock pot. set crockpot to cook on high for 4-5 hours. once complete use forks to shred the meat. serve on a roll with cole slaw and barbecue sauce.
