6 medium-large potatoes
⅓ cup sour cream
2-3 Tbsp butter
Milk
1lb or more carrots, cut into 1/4 sliced and cooked
1½ lb lean ground beef cooked with 1 large chopped onion
1 large (12oz) jar of beef gravy
½ tsp salt
½ tsp rubbed sage
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
¼ tsp pepper

2 T. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes with sour cream, butter, and milk as needed. Set aside.
Stir in carrots, gravy, salt, sage, thyme, rosemary and pepper to ground beef mixture.
Transfer to a 3 qt. shallow baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Then spread mashed potatoes over mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
