1 Spaghetti squash
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 TSP garlic pepper seasoning
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake cut side down at 350 for 55 minutes. Let cool then scoop squash into a bowl lined with a t-towel. Use t-towel to remove liquid from squash discarding liquid.
Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoon and flatten with spatula in pan with a small amount of olive oil. Fry until brown on both sides.
