3/4 C butter
3/4 C Turkey fat / oil
1 1/2 C walnuts
1 1/2 C celery chopped
3/4 C chopped onions
3/4 C chopped green peppers
3 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
2 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
3 beaten egg
1/2 C chicken broth
4 cups crumpled corn bread
3 cups crumpled toast

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter and fat to pan. Add celery, walnuts, onion and peppers. Cook, stirring until vegetables are crisp- tender. Set aside
Place corn bread and toast in mixing bowl, and add vegetable mixture. Add generous amount of pepper and add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend well.
Prepare a casserole dish with pan spray and add the mixture. Bake at 350º to an internal temperature of 165º. Approx 30 minutes.
