1 cup of flour
½ cup of packed brown sugar
½ cup of butter
2 cups of pecans, coarsely chopped
1 cup of flaked coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)
35 Kraft caramels (approx.)
2 tbsp milk or light cream
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Press firmly into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes, or until light golden. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Heat caramels and cream in small saucepan on low heat. Stirring often until smoothly melted. Drizzle over filling. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool completely and cut into bars.
