1c. oil
1tsp. salt
2tsp. cinnamon
4tsp. baking powder
1tsp. baking soda
2c. grated zucchini
3c. flour
2c. sugar
3tsp. vanilla
1c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grate zucchini and drain well, use paper towels and soak up all juice. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 45 minutes at 350.

Makes 3 loaf pans.

Eliminate cinnamon and stir in well drained crushed pineapple per Grandma.
