COOKIE LAYER:
1 c all-purpose flour
½ c butter
½ c confectioners' sugar
TOPPING:
2 large eggs, beaten
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 c sugar
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all of the cookie layer ingredients and press firmly into a 9"x9" pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Do not turn off the oven.
Mix the first 5 topping ingredients well and pour over cookie layer. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until set. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into small pieces. If going to freeze, don't sprinkle confectioners' sugar until ready to defrost/eat.
