1 C malt vinegar
1 4 oz can Coleman’s dry mustard
1/2 C sugar
6 eggs unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, soak mustard and vinegar several hours. ( I usually leave overnight or at least six hours)
Stir in the sugar, then the eggs one at a time, beating with a wire whip after each addition. Place over cold water and start cooking - stirring constantly until desired consistency is reached (approximately 15 min).
Pour into jars and refrigerate. (Keeps indefinitely when refrigerated.)
