2 eggs
1 cup milk
⅔ cup dry bread crumbs
2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp ground dry mustard
¼tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
¼ c cold water
2 slices 3/4 oz cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º.

Mix all ingredients except buttermilk mix, cold water and cheese slices in a bowl.

Or use your favorite meal loaf recipe. (make sure the loaf is a moist recipe)

Shape into loaf in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Mix baking mix and cold water. Smooth dough into a ball and roll out large enough to cover the loaf.

Remove loaf from oven and drain off the fat. Place cheese on top of loaf, cover entire loaf with dough. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
