1 or 2 c diced, cooked chicken
2 c cooked rice
1 c celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 tsp salt
2 T lemon juice
1 c bread crumbs
Paprika
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and paprika. Place mixture in large pan. Sprinkle paprika and bread crumbs if desired on top. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350.
