4 lbs lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans black beans
1 can kidney beans
3 cans, stewed petite cut tomatoes
Small can tomato paste
1 carton beef broth
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. coriander
2 tbsp. cumin
4 garlic cloves, minced
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry ground beef with onions, green pepper and garlic.
2. Drain grease.
3. Put beef in pot and add all ingredients.
4. Let simmer for 1-2 hours
5. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips
