2tsp Gelatin
1tbsp cold Water
1 1/2 hot Water
2 Egg Whites
1/4C granulated Sugar
2tbsp Lemon juice
1tbsp grated Lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
Soften the gelatin in the cold water, then then blend in the hot water

Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form

Slowly add the sugar

Slowly whip in gelatin, water, lemon juice and rind

**Use to fill cake**
