3 medium onions, chopped
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground chuck
1 pound cheaper ground beef
4 green onions, thinly chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon pepper
5 teaspoons Maggi sauce
1 teaspoon Accent
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 egg yolks
water


Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in olive oil until golden brown (not dark). Add meat and cook until brown. Remove from heat. Add green onions, salt, garlic salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and Accent. Stir in meat until blended.

When mixture is cool add the hard boiled eggs.

Roll out piroshki dough (recipe on reverse side) and cut into 2½ inch circles.and fill with meat mixture. Fold in half. When ready to bake, brush dough with egg-water mix..

Bake at 425º for 25 minutes until golden brown.
