5 - 6 quarts popped corn (remove un popped kernels)
3 cups brown sugar
1½ cups butter
¾ cup dark or light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp baking soda
2 cups nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt to a boil in large sauce pan and boil for five minutes.

Stir in baking soda. It will foam up.

Pour over popped corn and nuts. Stir until evenly distributed.

Bake in over at 250 º for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on parchment paper.
