5 slices bacon
2 large onions, diced
8 cans (16 oz) pork and beans, drained
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
34/ c bourbon
1/2 c Granma's Molasses
2 T dry mustard
2 T Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
In a large Dutch oven cook bacon over medium heat until cooked, but not crisp
Drain on paper towels; set aside
Add onions to drippings in skillet; saute over medium heat until clear.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a simmer, stirring to combine
Top with the bacon and bake uncovered 2-2 1/2 hours.
