Ingredients:  
1 - 15 oz. can - salmon
teaspoon - salt
⅛ teaspoon - pepper
cup - diced celery
cup - finely chopped onion
2 - eggs, well beaten
cup - fine cracker or bread crumbs or rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
1. Flake salmon and mix with salmon liquid
2. Combine all ingredients
3. Mix well and pack into a small, greased loaf pan
4. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until firm and lightly browned
5. Serve with or without sauce
