Meatball-stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe

1 GF. Baguette or 2 GF. Sub Buns.
1 lb. Ground Beef
C. GF. Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
tbsp. Salt
tbsp. Pepper
1 Egg
10 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Marinara Sauce
3 tbsp. Butter, melted
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Pre heat Oven 350 F
Mix Ground Beef, Bread Crumbs, Parsley, Egg, Salt & Pepper.
Roll into ping-pong ball size.
Cook Meatballs until they turn brown.
Pat dry with paper towel. Removing the grease.
Slice the Baguette or Subs down the center, so that it can be stuffed.
Hollow out the insides of the Bread.
Lay two slices of Cheese on top of each other with a 1 inch overlap. Place two Meatballs on the overlapping region, then fold the Cheese tightly around the Meatballs.
Push Cheese covered Meatballs into the Bread.
Sliced the stuffed Bread into 1-inch slices.
Place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Keep the pieces tight together.
Mix the ingredients for the Garlic Butter together.
Brush the Garlic Butter over Bread slices.
Wrap foil over the re-assembled Bread
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Until Cheese melts and Bread is starting to brown.
Serve with Marinara Sauce. ( Tomato Sauce )
