3 C. White Chocolate Chips
1 Can (14 oz ) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Line a 8x8 inch pan with Foil & spray with Nonstick Spray.
Mix the first 2 ingredients in large microwave safe bowl.
Heat for1 min. on high.
Stir.
Heat for 30 seconds.
Stir again.
Continue this way until mixture is melted together and smooth.
Stir in Vanilla & Salt.
Pour into pan.
Chill until set.
Cut into 1 inch squares.

Cookies & Milk Fudge: Add 1 C. each of Chopped Oreos & Chocolate Or 2 C. of Favorite cookie, into STEP 3.

Peanut Better Fudge: Add ½ C. Peanut Butter to STEP 1. Heat and malt. If desired add chopped Candy Bar.

Mint Chip Fudge: Add 2 tsp. of Peppermint Extract & 2-3 drops of Green Food Coloring in Step 3. Then stir in 1 C. Chocolate Chips. Spread into pan.
