1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl cream together cutter, brown sugar, and sugar doe 1-2 minutes, Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Mix in oats and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
