1lb ground elk/bear/venison
12oz enchilada sauce
2c. beef/ckn broth
14oz canned diced tomatoes
2c. frozen fire roasted corn

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Add to crockpot along with remaining ingredients. Cook on med. for 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs.
