Ingredients: ½ chicken - cooked (can use canned chicken or chicken breasts) - amount of chicken varies based on your preference 60 oz. can/box chicken broth 2 ½ cups water ½ cup broth from cooked chicken (or another 12 oz. can broth) 2 cups rice, uncooked 1 bouillon cube 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper Celery stalks - whole carrots - whole

Directions:Bring broth, seasonings, carrots, and celery to a boil Add chicken and uncooked rice Cook on medium heat for 20 mins. or until rice is done
*When reheating leftovers you will probably need to add more broth |

Notes: This is the chicken soup they serve at Saxony Lutheran High School. Taylor and Hunter loved this so much Taylor made Kris call her friend Lydia who was a cook at school to get the recipe - which was a recipe for about 200 people! It took many tries over about 2 years to finally get it exactly right and get the stamp of approval from Taylor and Hunter!
