3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups well drained grated zucchini
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
2 cup flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º Grease a 12cup Bunt Pan
Beat Eggs until light.
Gradually add sugar, beat til thick
Add Oil in a stream and beat well
Mix in Zucchini, nuts & Raisins
Add dry ingredients
Pour into Greased pan
Bake 55 Minutes
Cool completely before removing from pan
