1 lb to 1 1/2 lb ground beef (1 lb makes four 4 oz patties)
baking potatoes - 2 potatoes per serving
large onion
butter - 1 tbsp. per serving
salt and pepper
cooking spray for foil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place aluminum foil sheets on counter for each serving. Spray foil with cooking spray.

Peel 2 potatoes for each serving (depending on size) and cut in thin slices.
Peel onion and slice in half rings.

Overlap sliced potatoes in circle on foil sheet and place sliced onions on top of potatoes. Add 1 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper on the potatoes and onions in each foil packet. (option: add other vegetables such as sliced or shredded carrots or sliced mushrooms)

Prepare beef to personal taste which may include adding onion soup mix or Worcestershire sauce, etc.Form hamburger size patties and place in the center of potatoes.

Gently fold foil together over contents of each packet. Place directly on wire rack or place on baking sheet in preheated oven. Cook about 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and hamburger meat is done.
