1/2 cup Kosher Salt
3 tblsp Onion Powder
3 tblsp Black Pepper
3 tblsp White Pepper
2 tblsp Sweet Basil
2 tsp Bay Leaves, Crushed
1 tblsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp File Powder
3 tblsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tblsp Paprika

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Sprinkle one tablesoon at a time on a whole turkey or whole chicken before baking or frying. We use this on our Thanksgiving Turkey before frying it. It is wonderful!
